We determined that South Carolina and Maryland no longer have these laws due to court cases and that Pennsylvania’s is a bit ambiguous.
The No Religious Test Clause overrides the state laws, so there’s really no oppression against Atheists going on here.
However, if you happen to live in the Bible Belt, you’ll never get voted in anyways.
